This year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show will mark the event’s 100 year anniversary and Bulldog Tools will be there to help celebrate this very special occasion.

The first Chelsea Flower Show, known at the time as the ‘Great Spring Show’ was moved to its current location at the Royal Hospital Chelsea by Sir Harry Veitch in 1913 and has become a popular event for gardeners and plant lovers ever since.

The show now covers 11 acres and welcomes 160,000 visitors over five days with 1,068 bottles of champagne and 15,887 cups of tea being drunk by thirsty gardeners last year!

Bulldog Tools have been regular supporters of the show throughout its history and will have a brand new exhibition stand for this year’s special Centenary event. In 2011 we also sponsored the gold medal winning ‘Bulldog Forge Garden’ in the main Pavilion which was visited by Her Majesty the Queen. The stand for 2013 will be our biggest ever, showing a wide range of Bulldog digging, cultivation, weeding and cutting tools as well as all our designs from the Ethel Gloves range of gardening gloves for women.

The 2013 RHS Chelsea Flower Show starts on Tuesday 21st May ending on Saturday 25th May and if you are attending this year’s very special event, please come and visit our stand on Eastern Avenue (EA25). Not only will visitors be able to look at all our great British made tools, but we are also giving away a free gift with every purchase.
