The young gardeners of Rosebridge High School, Wigan, had a famous visitor recently when Blue Peter Gardener, Chris Collins visited the school allotments. Sporting his Blue Peter badge, Chris spent 3 hours with the pupils, helping and advising on their gardening and planting techniques.
The School, which is situated opposite the forge, has a long association with Bulldog – the teachers and pupils are enthusiastic users of Bulldog garden tools.
