If you’re a regular reader you’ll know we regularly show our tools at the big three RHS shows; Chelsea, Hampton Court and Tatton Park. However, every so often something new and exciting turns up and The Edible Garden Show, which took place on the 18-20th of March, did not disappoint.

Stoneleigh Park is a fantastic venue, offering a mix of outdoor and indoor exhibition halls. The show was cleverly laid out, and offered a nice selection of stands and things to see and do.

The main talking point for visitors to our stand was our 10-pronged potato fork – many didn’t realise such a wonderful tool exists! It is certainly unique; solid-forged from a single piece of steel,  strapping up the wooden shaft, and ‘bulbs’ on the end of each prong to protect the potatoes being dug up from being speared. The World’s Largest Spade also made an appearance, standing tall in the ticket hall.

We’ve booked our stand for next year, so make sure you pop along and say hello! The show runs from 16th-18th March 2012.
